Delivery Tracking

For free delivery promotion, you lodge an order of $60.00 AUD or more, you receive free STANDARD POSTAGE delivery. Free shipping will not apply when you have taken advantage of a special offer and the total dollar value of the purchase is lower than $60.00 after discount.
We only offer free delivery to Australian customers.

Please note: All Australian deliveries are registered and shipped via Australia Post. It’s important to us that you receive your purchases timely. – If you want your order to be prioritised, an Express Post option is available at a flat rate of $10.00 for Australian deliveries. (This is a registered Express Post Service and the rate will apply irrespective of purchase value or the number of items on the order.)

Return/ Exchange Policy

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  • Refunds will be processed in $AUD.
  • You can return your item(s) purchased online to us by post
  • All items must be returned with your original receipt/invoice with your parcel.
  • All items purchased online must be returned unused, unworn and unwashed with original swing tags still attached or they may not be accepted.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for pierced earrings or packs containing earrings or body jewelry unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or have been sent to you by error.
    Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS:

We do provide the 12-month warranty on silver jewelry ( silver color) and 6-month warranty on silver crystals. ( except clearance items). We are happy to replace, exchange or repair with proof of purchase within the warranty period, except products which have been lost or altered.
